Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be non-personalized and non-custom
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, inserts, and accessories
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, stains, odors, or misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must:

- Submit your request within 30 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- Provide the reason for the return
Return requests submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items returned without authorization or to an incorrect address may be rejected.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the item is defective or shipped in error:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers assume responsibility for returned items until received and inspected
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. REBELKOKOU is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
Upon verification, we may offer:
- A replacement (subject to availability)
- A store credit
- A refund, at our sole discretion
Damage caused by wear, misuse, washing, improper care, or customer handling is not considered a defect.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to:
- Issue partial refunds for items returned damaged, worn, or missing components
- Apply restocking fees where applicable
- Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees
- Processing may take 7–20 business days depending on your payment provider
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges & Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
If a replacement is approved for a defective or incorrect item, it will be fulfilled subject to inventory availability after the original item is returned and inspected.
Return Abuse & Fraud Protection
REBELKOKOU reserves the right to:
- Limit or refuse returns from accounts with excessive or abusive return behavior
- Deny refunds suspected to involve fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy manipulation
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
Custom Orders & Additional Services
All custom orders and additional services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Personalization or customization fees
- Expedited shipping
- Special handling or fulfillment services
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.
