Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections using the navigation menu or homepage categories. Once you’ve selected an item, choose your size and quantity, then click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, click the shopping bag icon and follow the checkout process.


Can I add items to an existing order?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you’d like additional items, please place a new order.


How do I know my order was successful?

You’ll know your order was completed when:

  • An order confirmation number appears on your screen

  • You receive a confirmation email (check your spam or junk folder if needed)

  • Your order appears in Your Account under recent orders

If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us before placing another order.


When will I be charged?

Your payment is processed immediately after your order is accepted. Some banks may temporarily hold funds even if an order is later canceled—this is controlled by your card issuer.


Payments & Security

Is buying online safe?

Yes. All payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. REBELKOKOU does not store credit or debit card information.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment issues may occur if:

  • Billing and shipping addresses do not match

  • Incorrect card details were entered

  • Your card issuer declined the transaction

  • Security verification failed

Please double-check your information or contact your card provider. If issues persist, reach out to our support team.


What is a CVC?

  • Visa / Mastercard: The last 3 digits on the back of your card

  • American Express: The 4-digit code on the front of the card


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and shipping method selected.

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Can I change my shipping address or shipping method?

Once an order is placed, changes are not guaranteed. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

REBELKOKOU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking information is also available in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout and is recommended.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved replacements are subject to inventory availability.

How do I start a return?

Contact us through our website with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Return tracking number (once shipped)

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–20 business days, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Product Issues

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review and provide next steps.

Damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse is not considered a defect.


What if an item is out of stock after I order?

If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
